I went to get a hex nut for my gate latch and after an unsuccessful attempt to use one purchased earlier in the day -the size was correct but the darn nut wouldn’t thread. I took the hinge and pin with me and visited again. Britt helped first, but despite finding what should have been the correct size, it wouldn’t thread. He conferred with Mike and they both explained it was a proprietary nut so there was no way anything in the store would work. They decided the solution was to re-thread the bolt. They did it right then and there. They were very helpful and pleasant! Super nice staff and I had a chance to browse around while I waited. They have so many things there it’s a one stop shop!

My car battery died and I went in to get a jump box, they didn’t have what I needed but the gentleman working had a personal one and was kind enough to jump me off. Wonderful customer service!

Staff is friendly and always eager to help. I have always been a big Ace Hardware fan. When this store opened I was thrilled to think no more horrid trips to Loews on 501. Sadly, this is very small store with a limited selection. I might find what I need about 50% of the time. So I don’t stop anymore, I just head to Lowes.

This location is rather small, but the associates are extremely kind and helpful! They do not have a wide variety of things, but you will be sure to find what you need. If you are missing your basic necessities are lawn tools.

Today my husband and I went into Ace Hardware at Carolina Forest . Both sales associates were very helpful. The level of customer service was what stood out. They not only gave us top notch customer service but everyone that walked in the door. They KNOW the products they carry in store and can / will help you find the products.
